Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Technical / Engineering field;
Ability to work in a matrix organization;
Knowledge of Project Management methodology;
APQP & PPAP validation process knowledge;
Supplier audit process knowledge;
Results oriented;
Fluent in English (speaking, writing, reading).

Responsibilities

Deploys APQP related to development phase (or current production phase) of Bought out parts following plant Purchasing requirements;
Trains the suppliers and makes sure that the defined standards are properly applied and on time delivered (APQP elements);
Follows the APQP progress with the status report and make decisions in collaboration with the program team;
Gives recommendations and/or technical decisions to ensure a defect free process through program management;
Manages the process qualification at supplier (control plan and Quality basics implementation, Trial Run @ Rate & process Audit);
Pronounces PPAP status and ensures to deliver validated PPAP prior Start of Production after SQA assembly trial & appearance approvals.
Monitors PPAP (Production Part Approval Process);
Manages progress/convergence plan with low performance suppliers involved in program in collaboration with division SQD.
