Sourcing Manager PSS Tactical Sourcing with Spanish or Italian (f/m/x)

Position Overview

DB Global Technology is Deutsche Bank’s technology centre in Central and Eastern Europe. Since its set-up in 2013, Bucharest Technology Centre (BEX) has constantly proven its capacity to deliver global technology products and services, playing a dynamic role in the Bank’s technology transformation.

Support sourcing delivery for medium complexity projects across multiple categories, ensuring efficient supplier selection, compliant execution, and alignment with business and procurement objectives within a global operating model.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end sourcing processes for medium complexity projects across categories, including request for proposal preparation, supplier evaluation, and negotiation.
• Manage supplier selection and commercial negotiations, ensuring optimal outcomes in terms of cost, quality, and timelines.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and category teams to align sourcing activities with business requirements and procurement strategies.
• Identify sourcing opportunities and risk factors, escalating issues where required and supporting resolution in line with procurement policies.
• Support continuous improvement and automation initiatives, leveraging digital tools and AI-enabled insights to enhance sourcing efficiency and data quality.

Skills

• Proven experience in sourcing and procurement execution (min 4 years), managing medium complexity sourcing projects across multiple categories.
• Strong stakeholder and supplier management skills, with ability to collaborate across global teams and functions.
• Solid analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities, with focus on delivering commercial value and managing risks.
• Fluency in English and Spanish/ Italian (written and spoken), enabling effective communication with regional stakeholders.
• Experience with procurement systems, digital tools, and exposure to process automation or AI-enabled sourcing solutions supporting efficiency and data-driven decision-making.

Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
