About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Expert to drive and scale our digital marketing efforts across our software product portfolio. As part of our global go-to-market strategy, you will take full ownership of digital campaigns and content initiatives, ensuring a consistent and impactful presence across channels. This is a strategic, hands-on role for someone ready to shape marketing outcomes in an international B2B software environment.

Location: Bucharest, Sibiu, Cluj, Brasov, Timisoara and Iasi.

Primary Functions and Tasks:  

• Strategic Campaign Ownership:  Lead the design, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across email, LinkedIn, SEA, and paid social channels.
• Content Leadership:  Create compelling campaign materials, including mailings, posts, brochures, whitepapers, that resonate with our B2B audience.
• Website & SEO Management:  Create, maintain and enhance our product websites within our CMS, ensuring top performance, SEO compliance, and user-centric design.
• Data-Driven Performance Optimization:  Monitor KPIs, analyze campaign results, and continuously improve based on insights and benchmarks.
• Go-to-Market & Event Marketing:  Collaborate closely with product teams to support launches, prepare trade shows, conduct webinars, and other events with clear marketing strategies and assets.

We are looking for:   

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B software or tech-driven environment.
• Expertise in target marketing, lead generation, and managing end-to-end campaigns.
• Experience with CMS platforms, SEO/SEA, LinkedIn content strategies, and email marketing tools.
• Excellent English communication skills (German is a plus).
• Strong project ownership skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating with global stakeholders.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools, GA4, and/or AI-assisted marketing platforms is a strong asset.
