Your Role

As a ServiceNow Solution Architect , you will play a key role in designing and delivering enterprise ServiceNow solutions for international clients. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leaders to define scalable architectures, guide implementation strategies, and ensure platform excellence across ServiceNow environments.

You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximize the value of their ServiceNow investments while supporting delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.

In this role you will:

• Define end-to-end ServiceNow solution architectures aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Lead solution design workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
• Provide architectural guidance across ServiceNow implementations and transformations.
• Ensure best practices, governance standards, and platform scalability are applied across projects.
• Drive solution design on modules such as ITSM, HRSD, CMDB, Discovery, and related ServiceNow capabilities.
• Support integration architecture and enterprise platform interoperability.
• Contribute to technical roadmaps and ServiceNow platform evolution strategies.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, estimations, solution shaping, and proposal development.
• Coach and mentor consultants, developers, and technical leads.
• Promote innovation and adoption of AI-powered capabilities such as ServiceNow Now Assist.

Your Profile

Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow solution architecture and implementation.

Proven experience designing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture principles and platform governance.

Hands-on expertise with  ITSM, HRSD, CMDB, Discovery , and other ServiceNow modules.

Experience defining integration strategies and enterprise architecture patterns.Understanding of  ServiceNow Now Assist and AI-enabled platform capabilities.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Ability to lead workshops and influence decision-making at multiple organizational levels.

Professional proficiency in English .

ServiceNow certifications are highly valued.
