• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a similar field;
• Has up to 2 years programming experience as a junior software developer;
• Language: English- C1;
• Expert knowledge of internet technologies (Java, JSON, SOAP/REST, Spring Framework, desired: OPC-UA, JSON-LD, BRM/BPM, Apache Camel, GIT);
• Sound knowledge of object oriented programming and testing in Java (incl. JUnit) and functional programming in script languages like Python;
• Applied knowledge in ETL Tooling, Software development environments;
• Operating systems: Linux, Windows; Workflow tools (Confluence, Jira);
• First experience with Big Data technologies (Hadoop ecosystem, No SQL databases, MongoDB), RDMBS (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.);
• Strong analytical ability and problem analysis techniques;
• Self-responsible way of working;
• Is able to work independently, without detailed instructions for the assigned tasks;
• Proactively finds solutions and presents them to the senior software developer or coordinator.

Job Description

Main objective of the job:                                    

• Development of adapter for Connected Industry based on Industry 4.0 platform.

Main attributions and responsibilities:

• Integrates required data sources, systems and devices based on current web-technologies and machine-to-machine communication protocols;
• Designs and develops complex data processing pipelines, including ETL (Extract, Load and Transform) and data ingestion systems dealing with unstructured and semi-structured data;
• Integrates and processes data and event streams from our sensor and RFID (Radio-frequency identification) solutions;
• Reads, understands and applies the procedures from area of responsibility and other interdepartmental procedures, applicable within the company;
• Fulfills any other tasks related to area of responsibility, as requested by direct superior.
