Job Description

• Organizes, reviews and manages project-related technical documentation.
• Maintains document records and ensures the proper organization of both electronic and hard-copy project archives.
• Verifies compliance with document formatting, coding, numbering and structure requirements.
• Manages document revisions and maintains records of approved versions.
• Ensures the distribution of documents to project teams, clients and other stakeholders.
• Archives technical documentation in accordance with internal procedures and contractual requirements.
• Printing and Deliverables Preparation.
• Prepares technical documentation for printing and submission.
• Operates printing, copying, scanning and plotting equipment.
• Prints plans, technical drawings, reports and other project-related documents.
• Compiles deliverable packages in accordance with client requirements.
• Prepares both electronic and hard-copy deliverables for submission.
• Design Support.
• Provides administrative and technical support to design teams regarding document management.
• Collaborates with designers and engineers to update documentation in line with approved revisions.
• Participates in the verification of document packages prior to issuance.
• Ensures document traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintains document registers and distribution records.
• Prepares reports on documentation status and project deliverables.
• Informs the direct manager of any identified non-conformities.

Qualifications

• Education: Technical studies in the construction field are considered an advantage;
• Experience: Previous experience in a similar position is considered an advantage.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Language Skills: English language proficiency.
• Competencies: Good communication skills; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; team-oriented mindset.
• Integrity: Demonstrates accuracy, reliability, and professional ethics.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D is considered an advantage.
• Professional Conduct: Ability to take responsibility for assigned tasks and maintain confidentiality of information.
