Please note: This is a fixed-term position for approximately 1–2 years, covering a maternity leave.

Bring It

Bring your strong technical expertise in SAP Basis, system operations, infrastructure, and database technologies, together with a customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset. If you can provide L3 support, troubleshoot complex technical issues, drive root cause analysis, support service restoration during critical situations, and identify opportunities to improve the stability and performance of customer landscapes, you are ready for this role.

Experience working with complex environments and a strong understanding of Database Engineering, System Implementation, and operational processes will help you succeed in this role.

Build It

You will provide L3 technical support for dedicated SAP customer landscapes, supporting the fast restoration of services during critical situations and major incidents. You will deep-dive into complex technical issues, collaborate with delivery and expert teams to drive root cause analysis to completion, and proactively identify risks and opportunities to improve landscape stability and operational efficiency.

You will analyze current landscape setups and contribute to technical improvement proposals, while collaborating with teams across HEC and the wider SAP organization to ensure high-quality end-to-end service delivery and customer satisfaction. The role also includes owning, leading, and coordinating operational activities and customer escalations, supporting Service Management and Performance Improvement initiatives, and sharing your technical knowledge by mentoring and guiding junior team members.
