Supply Chain HR Business Partner | Targu Mures

Adecco is recruiting for one of our clients, a well-established international company in the food industry, with a strong presence in Romania and production operations in Targu Mures and Cluj. The company is part of a global organization and offers a dynamic, professional environment focused on people, operational excellence and continuous improvement.

We are looking for a Supply Chain HR Business Partner to join the HR team in Targu Mures.

Location: Targu Mures

Reporting to: HR Director

Department: HR

Start date: ASAP

Travel: Cluj – approximately 1-2 days/week, depending on business needs

About the role:

The Supply Chain HR Business Partner will act as a key link between the Cluj and Mures plants and the HR function, providing strategic and operational HR support across areas such as recruitment, performance management, compensation, career development, talent management and organizational development.

What we are looking for:

• University degree in Economics, Law, Psychology, Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR Business Partner / HR Generalist role.
• Previous experience in the food & beverage industry is a plus.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and project management abilities.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and action-oriented mindset.
• Good teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Structured, well-organized and self-driven approach.

Key responsibilities:

• Support business needs and deploy the HR Plan for the Cluj & Mures plants.
• Implement HR practices, policies and initiatives for the assigned employee population.
• Partner closely with line managers and team leaders, providing HR guidance across all HR areas.
• Monitor the Headcount Budget for the plants and contribute to the company-wide headcount planning process.
• Coordinate recruitment activities for the Cluj & Mures plants.
• Ensure job descriptions within the assigned area are up to date.
• Lead the implementation of Talent Management and Performance Management processes for critical roles.
• Maintain close communication with employees and internal stakeholders, providing HR policy guidance, interpretation and counselling.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and reduce legal risks related to day-to-day employee management.
• Participate in company transformation projects, including Engagement, Employer Branding and Organizational Culture initiatives.
• Maintain close collaboration with Corporate HR teams
