JOB TYPE : Permanent
Responsabilitati principale :
- Se asigura ca toate masinile din aria sa de activitate au un plan de mentenanta robust
- (creeaza planul de mentenanta)
- Se asigura ca activitatea de mentenanta este planificata si executata conforma planului agreat
- Planifica / participa la activitatea de pregatire si revizuire a mentenantei, analizeaza rezultatele si ia deciziile necesare in legatura problemele tehnice ala masinilor din aria sa de activitate
- Dezvolta si revizuieste procesul de mentenanta pentru a asigura nivelul optim de productie
- Se asigura ca toate utilajele noi instalate sunt incluse in planul de mentenanta in mod eficient
- Coordoneaza si intocmeste evaluarea riscurilor pentru toate utilajele noi instalate si se asigura ca toate utilajele au evaluare de risc actualizata.
- Analizeaza opririle accidentale cu scopul reducerii acestora.
- Participa la noile proiecte de instalare masini putand fi desemnat de seful de departament ca si sef de proiect avand in special responsabilitati pe parte tehnica.
Cerinte:
- Absolvent liceu profil tehnic/Studii Superioare;
- Cunostinte de limba engleza (nivel mediu);
- Cunostinte bune de operare PC;
- Aptitudini de gandire analitica;
- Proactiv/ realizarea tuturor sarcinilor;
- Lucrul in echipa;
- Rezistent la lucrul sub stres.
- Apt lucru la inaltime (conform legislatiei in vigoare);
- Minim 3 ani experienta pozitie tehnica;
- Cunoasterea tehnicilor de mentenanta in productie, sustinute de un nivel ridicat de cunostinte tehnice/mecanice.
