The Mission

Be part of our international team of multidisciplinary squads and help build the next-generation global rewards and benefits applications. As a Frontend Developer, you will play a crucial role in delivering scalable, resilient, and user‑centric experiences that power a worldwide Rewards Platform. This platform provides non‑banking benefits such as loyalty products, digital perks, integrations with major streaming services, and innovative eSIM capabilities — bringing meaningful value to millions of users across multiple countries.

You will work on a product available across web, iOS, and Android , ensuring a seamless and consistent experience across channels. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the technical backbone of our frontend ecosystem by developing reusable, high-performance web components using the Lit framework , all within a modern microfrontend architecture used across markets and customer touchpoints.

Your day to day

We are looking for a highly skilled Frontend Developer with strong expertise in web components , JavaScript frameworks , state management (Redux or similar) , and microfrontend architecture . In this role, you will build scalable, performant, and accessible user interfaces that power our next-generation web applications. If you value clean code, great user experiences, and modern engineering practices, this role is for you.

UI Development, Web Components & Framework Expertise

• Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, high-quality user interfaces.

• Develop modular and reusable web components using Lit, React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar frameworks.

• Integrate components into larger ecosystems while ensuring strong architectural consistency.

• Apply best practices for frontend scalability, maintainability, and reusability.

Microfrontend Architecture

• Design, implement, and maintain features within a microfrontend architecture .

• Work with Module Federation, single-spa, or custom shell applications.

• Ensure smooth integration, isolation, and independent deployment of microfrontend modules.

State Management (Redux or Similar)

• Implement and maintain predictable, scalable state management using Redux, Zustand, NgRx, Vuex, or similar libraries.

• Define efficient state structures and side-effect management patterns.

• Ensure smooth communication and data flow across microfrontends and UI modules.

Accessibility (A11y) & Inclusive Design

• Build UIs that meet WCAG and WAI‑ARIA standards .

• Use testing tools to identify and fix accessibility issues.

• Ensure compatibility with assistive technologies to support all users.

Performance Optimization

• Optimize frontend code and rendering performance.

• Identify and address layout shifts, memory issues, and rendering bottlenecks.

• Improve first-load performance, runtime performance, and perceived responsiveness.

Cross-Browser & Cross-Device Compatibility

• Ensure consistent user experience across different browsers, devices, and screen sizes.

• Diagnose and resolve compatibility and layout issues across environments.

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with backend developers, designers, product owners, and QA engineers.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural and technical discussions.

• Communicate clearly and proactively about requirements, progress, and technical decisions.

Testing & Debugging

• Create and maintain unit, integration, and E2E tests.

• Use modern debugging tools to troubleshoot issues efficiently.

• Collaborate with QA to ensure high-quality, stable releases.

What you bring to the team

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Proven experience as a Frontend Developer with focus on web components and JavaScript frameworks .

• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+) , and responsive design.

• Experience with React, Lit, Angular, or Vue.js .

• Solid expertise in Redux or other state-management systems .

• Experience working with microfrontend architectures .

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs , asynchronous programming, and state management concepts.

• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG, WAI‑ARIA) .

• Knowledge of frontend optimization techniques and browser internals.

• Experience with AI‑assisted development workflows (GitHub Copilot, pair‑coding with LLMs) and a strong “ vibe coding ” mindset for fast, clean implementation.

• Strong prompt‑engineering skills to generate high‑quality code, tests, and documentation through AI tools.

• Ability to maintain development flow and optimize productivity through AI‑enhanced coding practices.
