About the role

We’re expanding our sales team and looking for a motivated Sales Manager to help us reach new goals and grow our business.

Your main responsibility will be selling lesson packages over the phone and helping customers find the right learning options for their needs.

You don’t need years of sales experience to succeed in this role. We’re happy to help you grow! You’ll receive ongoing support and mentoring from our Head of Sales, Team Lead, and Business Trainer to help you develop your skills and achieve your goals.

What you’ll do

• Guide customers through the sales process, from the first conversation to purchasing a lesson package.

• Build relationships with existing customers and recommend suitable learning plans and tutors.

• Keep customer information accurate and up to date in our CRM system.

• Communicate with customers using our IP telephony system.

• Work towards sales targets and celebrate your achievements with the team.

✅ What we’re looking for

• You enjoy talking to people and feel comfortable communicating over the phone.

• You’re results-driven and motivated to increase your earnings.

• You have strong Romanian language skills, both spoken and written.

• You can identify customers’ needs and recommend relevant solutions rather than simply following a script.

• You have a stable internet connection and the equipment needed to work remotely.

It’s a plus if you have:

• At least one year of experience in sales, customer support, or a similar role. Experience in any industry is welcome.

• Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a responsible, goal-oriented approach.
