Product Owner (f/m/x)

Position Overview

DB Global Technology is Deutsche Bank’s technology centre in Central and Eastern Europe. Since its set-up in 2013, Bucharest Technology Centre (BEX) has constantly proven its capacity to deliver global technology products and services, playing a dynamic role in the Bank’s technology transformation.

We have a robust, hands-on engineering culture dedicated to continuous learning, knowledge-sharing, technical skill development and networking. We are an essential part of the Bank’s technology platform and develop applications for many important business areas.

You need to be an excellent Product Owner , communicator and feel comfortable interacting with stakeholders at various levels within the client organization in an empathic and considerate way. You must have proven experience in working with top management reporting, managing various stakeholders, interacting with an IT team in building a technical solution. You must be willing to help us build a new reporting solution across the globe.

Responsibilities:

• Deep understanding of Finance industry and Compliance reporting
• Deep understanding of processes and products for Private Banking customers
• Nice to have - experience in Functional Analysis, Private Banking, Wealth Management
• Minimal understanding on database concepts, SQL, ETL, BI solutions, data analytics
• Experience working closely with Product Owners and Business Analysts to synchronize and plan with other parties
• Drive the engagement of the business users in defining requirements & participating to UAT testing
• Drive the translation of the business needs into models, diagrams, presentations and other documentations that support the target audience to understand the business requirements
• Facilitate communication at team level in order to create consensus on scope, design decisions, and implementation decisions
• Proactively Identify risks / issues that might affect squad’s overall health
• Demonstrates experience in understanding the business process design
• Customer and service oriented to support interaction with team resources and clients
• Actively engages stakeholders to build an understanding of the requirements
