Product Owner

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to drive the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of complex sales compensation and partner ecosystem capabilities across enterprise platforms. This role requires deep expertise in sales compensation processes, WXP platform capabilities, Salesforce integrations, and cross-functional stakeholder management in a highly matrixed environment.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Own and prioritize the product backlog for sales compensation, subscription management, partner programs, and revenue-related platform capabilities.
• Define and drive requirements for Sales Compensation rules , including quota management, credit attribution, and New vs. Renewal booking scenarios.
• Lead product initiatives across the WXP platform , ensuring alignment of Customer Master, Product Master, Subscription, and billing capabilities.
• Partner with engineering and business stakeholders to deliver WXP-led Sales Enablement and transactional upfront billing solutions.
• Oversee integration requirements between Salesforce (SFDC) and MDM platforms to ensure sales credit accuracy, data integrity, and operational excellence.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple vendor and partner programs, managing MSP entitlement flows, partner tier management, and cross-vendor dependencies.

Your Profile

• 7+ years of Product Ownership, Product Management, or related experience, operating at Principal, Expert, or Lead level .
• Strong knowledge of Sales Compensation processes , including New vs. Renewal rules, quota structures, sales crediting, and revenue attribution.
• Proven experience working with the WXP platform , including Customer Master, Product Master, Subscription Management, and billing workflows.
• Hands-on experience with SFDC integrations , Master Data Management (MDM), and solutions focused on sales credit accuracy and data governance.
• Deep understanding of MSP entitlement flows , partner program operations, partner tier management, and ecosystem-driven business models.
• Demonstrated success managing complex, dual-program backlogs and influencing diverse stakeholders across business, technology, vendors, and partner organizations.
