Customer Care Specialists with Dutch, Danish, German, Portuguese, Italian or Spanish

Would you like to develop your international career while living in Greece? We are looking for Customer Care Specialists to join a variety of projects for leading international brands.

Depending on the project, there may be an opportunity to work from home within Greece after completing the required training and onboarding.

Your responsibilities:

• Supporting customers via phone, email and/or chat;
• Providing information about products, services and orders;
• Resolving customer inquiries professionally and efficiently;
• Updating customer information in internal systems;
• Following project procedures and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Dutch, Danish, German, Portuguese, Italian or Spanish;
• Good command of English;
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
• Customer-oriented and positive attitude;
• Basic computer skills;
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory;
• EU citizenship or a valid right to work in Greece.

• Gross monthly salary between 1,000 and 1,600, depending on the language and project;
