Join a fast-growing social content agency serving leading brands and scale-ups across the DACH market. As a Founders Associate, you will work directly with the founder, gaining exposure to strategic decision-making and day-to-day operations. You will take ownership of high-impact projects, streamline internal processes, and help teams collaborate effectively as the business scales. Accountabilities: Accountabilities: Working closely with the founder, you will help drive strategic initiatives and ensure smooth execution across the business. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating directly with the founder on strategic priorities and operational projects. - Taking independent ownership of key projects across multiple business functions. - Building, optimizing, and documenting internal processes to support scalable growth. - Coordinating activities between teams and ensuring projects remain on track. - Researching new business opportunities, potential partnerships, and emerging markets to support strategic decision-making. - Identifying operational challenges and developing practical solutions to improve efficiency. - Supporting customer relationships, sales initiatives, and other business-critical activities as needed. - Adapting quickly to changing priorities and stepping in wherever the business needs support.
