Jobprofile

Develop / supervise and check measurement programs for coordinate measurement equipment
Perform the measurements with classic measuring equipment( caliper , micrometer ,etc) and Coordinate Measuring Machines
Report to his superior about out of tolerance measurements
Monitors the load on each measurement equipments for maximum performance / balance them 3D measurements for new tools approval (cross check tool makers dimensions, main dimensions, 100%, capabilities), changed or modified tools validation Maintain records of measurement results QA reports (measurement reports, investigation reports)
Work with drawings ; specifications ; work instructions ; standards Performs the product audits of equipment, personnel and floor and keeps records
Assures technical support for the personal regarding the product audit, and the usage of measuring equipments
Provides specialized technical support to implement new projects or implement changes required by the client
Communicate and feedback any information which will enable the organization to improve itself Undertake job with positive attitude, dedication and enthusias

Profile description

High school degree Preferably 3 years experience in Quality Assurance Professional in Quality System requirements ISO/TS Knowledge of production activity Knowledge of technical drawing
Analytical thinking, initiative, organization and planning capacity
