Job Summary:

The intern will help and assist in all day-to-day administrative and coordination activities to improve turnaround time, data quality and team efficiency. The role will provide general administrative support across various operational processes, including coordination of requests, reporting activities, training and medical bookings, document and data management, site and reception support, and other ad-hoc activities as required.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Coordinate medical and training booking requests in line with agreed internal processes.

• Receive, validate, process, and follow up on PPE requests in line with local processes and systems
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of PPE requests, including request details, status, and delivery/collection information.
• Provide administrative support to local sites, including reception and vacation backup activities, as required.
• Provide administrative and coordination support across EUR FAC activities based on needs;

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date reporting, ensuring data quality and consistency.

Essential Requirements:

• Fresh graduate with a background in Economics, Business Administration or any other relevant academic background
• Proficient in English (mandatory)
• Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple requests in parallel.
• Strong communication skills and detailed oriented
• Proficient in English (mandatory)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; ability to maintain trackers and simple reports.

The monthly compensation for the internship program is fixed for all interns and ranges between 4,444 - 5,000 RON gross.
