Site Reliability Engineer

Tremend is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to join our team of bright thinkers and doers. You’ll use your problem-solving creativity to figure out our client’s most complex and challenging problems across different industries. We are on a mission to transform the world, and you will be instrumental in shaping how we do it with your ideas, thoughts, and solutions. 

Your Impact:

• Setting up and maintaining monitoring and alerting tools (observability stack) to evolve with the product
• Active involvement in incident response, contributing to communication, analysis, and resolution during incidents
• Providing Level 3 technical support to internal customers (OpCos), investigating and qualifying software bugs or integration issues as per the rotation plan
• Contributing to system design and operations management, including solutions analysis, screening, experimentation, and integration
• Building and enhancing the knowledge base with internal playbooks and customer-facing materials, guiding technical decisions for improved system resilience and operational efficiency. 

Your Skills & Experience:

• Background in computer science or a related scientific discipline
• Prior experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) roles
• Proactive approach, analytical mindset, and capacity to take ownership of and drive initiatives independently
• Proficiency in programming with one or more high-level languages: Java, JavaScript, or Python
• Experience with public cloud infrastructure such as Azure or GCP, along with proficiency in microservices architecture
• Previous experience in Dynamics 365 and proficiency in Dynatrace and Splunk
• Proficient English language skills (spoken and written)
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum and SAFe) and IT Service Management (ITSM) practices.
