Finance Application Administrator

We are looking for a Finance Application Administrator to join our Corporate Technology team. 

Your tasks will include:

• Be heavily involved in design sessions to architect improvements to the NetSuite solution
• Drive the implementation and configuration of new modules and additional functionality
• Manage multiple Sandbox and Development environments
• Interact with internal clients and NetSuite Professional Services teams, acting as a liaison between business and technology areas
• Monitor your assigned application(s) daily and respond to access, security, downtime, or usability concerns
• Receive and analyze help desk type requests for your system(s) to develop solutions or escalate for further investigation
• Own special projects as they arise and drive continuous process improvement
• Conduct UAT and functional testing of application upgrades as needed
• Develop and deliver functional user training sessions
• Design and roll out reports
• Document, evaluate and automate business processes
• Be flexible to respond to help desk requests after hours on a high priority basis

What we expect from you:

• 3+ years  working knowledge of Finance and Accounting concepts and business processes
• Background as a NetSuite/SAP/other ERPs Application Administrator/Implementation Consultant
• Experience in analyzing data to build scenarios and draw business-relevant conclusions
• Understanding of systems engineering concepts
• Familiar with strategic business process modeling, traceability, and quality management techniques
• Excellent analytical and technical problem-solving skills, multi-tasker, highly organized 
• First class teamwork and knowledge-sharing. Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Ability to lead, drive, and communicate with both business users and technical teams
• Ability to work independently, hands-on and manage projects to completion as well as collaborate effectively in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Proven job accountability record
