A Day in the Life

As a Trade Marketing Intern at L’Oréal Romania, reporting to the Category Leader Hair, you will play an important role in supporting the execution of trade marketing strategies within our Consumer Products Division (CPD). This is your chance to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, working on exciting projects that directly impact the success of our brands in the Romanian market.

• POSM & Merchandising: Coordinate and track retail POSM from creation to store implementation; verify execution and manage stock levels in storage
• Trade Activation & Alignment: Update monthly execution guides, align with Product Managers on launches/media plans, and coordinate retailer catalog layouts.
• Branding & Special Projects: Oversee hypermarket display branding, promotional islands, and manage ad-hoc projects (educational tools, storage logistics).
• Strategic Support: Assist the Trade Activation Manager on key division-wide initiatives.

We Are Looking For

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual who is a recent graduate or is currently pursuing a Master's degree in business administration, marketing, economics, or a related field. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about trade marketing.

• Language Skills: Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
• Tech & Analytical: Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (data analysis and reporting) and PowerPoint (creating impactful presentations).
• Creativity: Creative thinker with a strong aesthetic sense and attention to visual detail.
• Collaborative: Exceptional communication skills to partner with agencies and teams.
• Drive for Results: A proactive problem-solver who delivers on deadlines in a dynamic environment.
