Associate Clinical Data Manager - FSP

Fortrea seeks an Associate Clinical Data Manager for a sponsor-dedicated remote role in Bucharest. The position involves managing the full clinical data lifecycle, collaborating across cross-functional teams, and supporting study operations within a global clinical research organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support data validation processes, system setup, and project documentation
- Develop study milestone timelines and ensure on-time deliverable completion
- Conduct internal and external data management meetings with stakeholders
- Manage proactive risk identification, issue resolution, and escalation procedures
- Mentor junior clinical data management staff and lead project-level activities
Requirements
- University degree in life science, pharmacy, or related field; or relevant allied health certification
- Prior clinical data management experience as Lead DM or Senior CDA in early-phase trials
- Strong oral and written communication and presentation abilities
- Deep knowledge of clinical trial processes, data management, and regulatory obligations
- Understanding of CDASH, SDTM, and industry data standards
- Familiarity with clinical operations, biometrics, quality management, and systems applications
