The Role:
The Planner – Group Managed Services will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing service delivery across various teams. This role involves strategic planning, resource allocation, and ensuring that projects align with organizational goals.
Develop and implement service delivery plans.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment.
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders.
Analyze data to improve service efficiency.
Team Structure: You will work closely with project managers, service delivery teams, and senior management.
Ideal Profile :
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical and interpersonal skills.
Experience in project planning and management.
Strong analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficient in project management tools.
Education: A degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
