We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join our client as a permanent employee. You will own the end-to-end delivery of application support and enhancement services for SAP (ECC, S/4HANA) and Salesforce, keep the SLAs green, and be the trusted face for the customer and for the onsite and offshore team.
Contract Type: Permanent employment, full-time (B2B can also be discussed)
Location: you are based in Romania and ready to relocate to Germany. After the move you are based in Germany and travel to the client site in Essen 2-3 days a week.
Relocation: a relocation package is offered, discussed and agreed with you once you have passed the interviews.

Tools: ServiceNow high level working knowledge
