Manager Regional Vânzari
- Gestionarea responsabila a regiunii din punct de vedere al vânzarilor, logisticii si financiar
- Coordonarea activitatii a celor 8-10 filiale din regiunea alocata, monitorizarea si asigurarea unei bune functionari a acestora
- Autoritate manageriala deplina asupra echipei, aproximativ 100-120 de persoane, coordonarea si evaluarea acesteia
- Stabilirea obiectivelor de vânzari, în conformitate cu strategia companiei, elaborata de catre top management
- Dezvoltarea vânzarilor de pe zona alocata (racolarea de noi piete, deschiderea de noi filiale, analizarea concurentei)
- Mentinerea si îmbunatatirea relatiei profesionale cu clientii strategici ai companiei
- Întocmirea unor statistici, rapoarte pentru transmiterea lor catre top management
- Pachet salarial motivant cu parte fixa si bonusuri de performanta
- Masina de serviciu, laptop, telefon
- Autoritate operationala pentru îndeplinirea obiectivelor
- Un plan de implementare bine stabilit
- Training pentru însusirea cunostintelor necesare, oportunitati de dezvoltare profesionala
- Conditii moderne de lucru, oportunitatea de a activa într-o echipa de succes
- Un program de munca previzibil (cu weekend-uri libere)
- Studii superioare
- Experienta manageriala de minimum 3-5 ani, dobândita în domeniul vânzari si/sau logistica
- Experienta în coordonarea echipelor mari
- Abilitati excelente de comunicare
- Gândire orientata spre rezultate si spre clienti
- Persoana hotarâta, ferma în luarea deciziilor
- Capacitatea de auto-organizare si o larga viziune strategica, dinamica
- Cunostinte avansate de operare PC
- Permis de conducere categoria B
