Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Dialysis Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the Dialysis Unit while ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care. The successful candidate will supervise staff, maintain regulatory compliance, coordinate patient scheduling, and support continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise dialysis unit staff and daily clinical operations.
  
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and infection prevention standards.
  
• Coordinate staffing schedules and patient appointments.
  
• Monitor patient outcomes and departmental quality indicators.
  
• Oversee equipment maintenance and supply inventory.
  
• Conduct staff orientation, competency assessments, and performance evaluations.
  
• Collaborate with nephrologists and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
  
• Support accreditation readiness and continuous quality improvement activities.
  

Requirements

• Diploma in Dialysis Technology.
  
• Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare-related field is preferred.
  
• Current professional certification or licensure where applicable.
  

Experience

• Minimum 5–7 years of dialysis experience , including supervisory responsibilities.
