Căutăm Stagiar – Suport IT cu:
- Studii în domeniul IT/tehnic - bacalaureat finalizat sau facultate in ani terminali;
- Cunoștințe Microsoft Windows 10/11 – constituie avantaj;
- Cunostinte hardware echipamente IT – constituie avantaj;
- Cunoștințe de bază Networking – constituie avantaj;
- Excelente abilități de comunicare și inter-relaționare, politețe, atitudine prietenoasă și profesională;
- Orientare către clientii interni și către livrarea unui serviciu de calitate;
- Dexteritate în utilizarea calculatorului și a diverse aplicații informatice specifice.
Ce face Stagiarul – Suport IT?
- Oferă suport la instalarea şi întreţinerea echipamentelor IT utilizate de angajaţi (computere şi periferice);
- Contribuie la buna administrare a licenţelor software achiziționate de companie;
- Oferă suport în funcționarea corectă a aplicaţiilor IT pe computerele Groupama Asigurări.
