British American Tobacco Romania has an exciting opportunity for an Junior Analyst- Accounts Payable in Bucharest.

This role is responsible for providing accurate data in daily posting of the invoices and overall business support for End Markets.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Processing invoices, credit notes into the appropriate systems and within the agreed time;
• Address ad-hoc requests in a timely, accurate and professional manner;
• Perform additional daily /weekly / monthly tasks as per agreed timelines;
• Provide excellent customer service, with the ability to build productive relationships, resolve complex issues and achieve win-win outcomes;
• Recommend process improvements to create greater efficiency and productivity.

What are we looking for?

• Good command of English spoken and written
• Ability to handle high volumes of data entries with high accuracy
• Good numerical and analytical skills
• Ability to help, teach or explain things to others
• Financial or accounting studies would be an advantage
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

Beneficial

• Experience of working with invoices is preferred;
• Finance and accounting experience are preferred.
