Product Application Engineer - Motor Control Solutions (f/m/div)

In your new role you will:

• Develop application setups for Infineon motor control ICs;
• Evaluate the behavior and electrical performance of Infineon motor control ICs in an application-like environment;
• Create technical customer documentation (app notes, user manuals, etc...);
• Develop tasks for benchmarking and perform analysis of competitor products;
• Analyze customer feedback on product performance and limitations;
• Prepare technical trainings intended for internal and external sales partners and customers;

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A university degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics or comparable;
• 1-3 years of experience in a technical role as an electronic circuit design, validation or application engineer;
• Experience with gate driver applications for DC and BLDC motors and with microcontrollers for automotive applications is a plus;
• Knowledge of electronic laboratory equipment (oscilloscopes, signal generators, etc.);
• Good programming skills (C/C++, Matlab, Visual Basic, Python);
• Solid expertise in PCB design and layout – prior experience with Altium is a plus;
• Excellent command of the English language;
• Ability to work collaborative in a team and to provide guidance based on your expertise.
