• Oversee the Siemens Energy Group's transfer pricing matters and collaborate with various stakeholders to provide support on transfer pricing issues within the Transformation of Industry Business Area of the Group. This includes handling detailed economic and financial analyses demonstrating an understanding of transfer pricing concepts and method application to various cases. Assists in the development and implementation of Siemens Energy intercompany agreements that supports transfer pricing transactions and provide international guidance on the implementation process. During implementation, ensure support availability, identify training needs, coordinate training sessions, and promote them internally.
• Develop and maintain Value Flows for Projects and Products within Transformation of Industry Business Area and with other Business Areas. This involved close collaboration with Transformation of Industry Management (including the Management of the Transformation of Industry Businesses) and Corporate Taxes Department, while considering operational and tax requirements. Document those processes in Transformation of Industry Value Flow Handbook. Secure the application of the designed Value Flows impacting Transformation of Industry Business Area
• Support Operative Units (e.g. Sales / Bid / Commercial Project Management) in questions regarding Sales Calculation Topics considering transfer pricing requirements and internal agreements. Ensures availability of support, coordinates know-how exchange, prepares change request for modifications in the respective guideline, detects need for / organizes trainings and advertise internally. On the other hand, support the Corporate Tax departments and the Business Area CFO with the implementation and compliance of the Siemens Energy Transfer Pricing policy
• Close collaboration with other Business Areas and Corporate Departments (e.g. Corporate Taxes, Corporate Legal) to develop / update Cross Business Area template agreements with respect to the project and product related value flows. Drive alignment with Corporate Tax Departments to clarify country or process specific questions.
• Coordinate and assist to tax transfer pricing consulting for international projects.
• Secure transfer pricing documentation by ensuring compliance with the Group's Transfer Pricing policies and drive digitalization opportunities in order to streamline this process. Prepare documentation and support clarifications for tax audits in close collaboration with Corporate Tax Department

• University degree in the field of Business Administration, Economics, Finance / Accounting or similar, combined with professional working experience
• Experience in a similar role or you have experience with transfer pricing and taxes in a consultancy environment. Understanding of business complexities and eager to work in an international environment
• English fluent spoken and written
• Project management skills across multi-functional teams, and ability to find your way in a complex organization. Good analytical skills and orientation towards decision-making
• Communication skills (e.g. for management presentations), ability to explain complex issues clearly to non-Transfer Pricing experts
• Personal strength in reaching business results, collaborating & influencing, intercultural sensitivity, team development and value orientation
