Web Developer - React / React Native / Symfony

Salary: 9.000 - 12.000 RON net per month Requirements:
- Tehnologii cu care vei lucra:
- Frontend web React, JavaScript / TypeScript modern, randare pe server și prerendering (Next.js sau echivalent), CSS modern
- Mobile React Native, publicare și mentenanță în App Store și Google Play
- Backend PHP cu Symfony, API-uri REST, SQL, migrări de bază de date
- Infrastructură și proces Git, code review, CI/CD, medii de staging, monitorizare și alerting
- Competențe obligatorii:
- React — minimum 5 ani în aplicații de producție
- React Native — aplicații publicate efectiv în magazinele de aplicații
- PHP cu Symfony — dezvoltare și mentenanță de API-uri în producție
- Randare server-side sau prerendering — cu înțelegerea reală a compromisurilor față de o aplicație randată exclusiv pe client
- JavaScript / TypeScript la nivel solid
- SQL și optimizare de query-uri
- Diagnostic de performanță — DevTools, Lighthouse, profiling; identificarea cauzei, nu doar a simptomului
- Core Web Vitals — remediere efectivă
- Git și lucru structurat cu code review și ticketing
- Căutăm un developer care înțelege performanța web dincolo de interfață si să preia dezvoltările tehnice ale unui ecosistem cu trei componente în producție: o aplicație web React, aplicații React Native pentru iOS și Android, și un backend PHP cu Symfony.
- Echipa este formata din mai multi developeri (backend si mobile) cu care vei colabora.
- Rolul presupune autonomie: vei lua decizii de arhitectură, nu doar vei executa tichete. Ne interesează în special cineva care înțelege performanța web și arhitectura de randare ca decizii de produs.
