Buona conoscenza della lingua italiana (livello B2/C1 - parlato)
Ottima capacità di interpretare le richieste del cliente
Orientamento a comprendere le esigenze del cliente e risolvere tempestivamente i problemi
Conoscenza dell'uso del PC (livello intermedio - Microsoft Office)
Le persone selezionate forniranno supporto tramite chat per iscritto, in lingua italiana, ai clienti di un importante gruppo bancario.
