Sales Support Analyst III

The role of Sales Support Analyst is a key function within our Commercial Operations team, whose role is to support the wider commercial teams with operational tasks, allowing them to focus on commercial matters. Whilst your role will encompass a number of areas of responsibility, your primary focus will be the fast and efficient delivery of 3rd party games to our clients, which is integral to our success and we take pride in being the best at what we do. 

What You’ll Do

• Working with internal teams and systems to deliver and go live with 3rd party games to operators in existing and new markets.
• Supporting the release of 3rd party games when existing operators are migrating to new platforms/servers.
• Liaise internally and externally with technical and compliance teams to ensure a smooth game delivery process (e.g. sourcing certificates, chasing provider teams etc).
• Gather information on provider roadmap releases and source needed game documentation to be ready for the release day.
• Monitor provider communication channels (Teams, Slack, Email) to address release queries and unblock release projects.
• Offer support to VIP clients with their internal game releases and roadmaps.
• Support wider commercial teams with ad hoc requests

About you

• Commercial / Operations background ideally within the iGaming casino industry
• Excellent team player – ability to integrate to the team quickly, bringing a positive attitude and way of work
• A record of developing strong working relationships with executives, peers, and associates
• Intermediate MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Strong attention to detail
