Lead the snacking world by translating insights into shopping digital experiences that create delicious snacking moments for our brand, retailers and categories across Dcomm. Define winning strategy for the market and unlock special stores/channels and new platforms, coordinating all internal and external stakeholders to deliver business growth through digital channels.

How you will contribute

• In partnership with the commercial team, set the D-comm market strategy & activation priorities to enable business growth and ensure excellence in execution. Define business plans and targets; identify opportunities.
• Closely collaborate with retailers to drive the digital agenda, shopper and brand engagement.
• Working closely with third party Suppliers (Media Agency, Creative agency) and internal stakeholders - own the day-to-day execution, driving online brand presence, media performance, and digital shelf excellence. Own the e-comm media plan based on brand priorities and manage the allocated budget (plan and track, provide reporting).
• Manage online portfolio content: identify gaps and opportunities based on digital shelf reports, and coordinate deployment to customer.
• Track and report key KPIs performance via internal and external analytics tools.
• Flawlessly synchronize all involved parties (CP, Sales, Customer, 3rd party suppliers, Marketing).

What you will bring

• Min 3+ years of professional experience with a strong background in both commercial and marketing.
• Commercial Acumen:
• experience in Key Account Sales or eCommerce, with a grasp of retailer P&L, Trade & Investment conditions, and advertising spend dynamics
• Marketing & Agency Background:
• experience in media, marketing, or agency environments; proficiency in digital
• Comprehensive understanding of E Commerce
• University degree in a related field
• Very strong analytical skills, very good understanding of data, analytics, systems and apps
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, strategic thinking and stakeholders' management across all hierarchy levels
• Influencing w/o formal power
• Passion, creativity, growth mindset and learning agility are very critical in this continuously evolving area of expertise
• Fluent in Romanian and English
