What You'll Do

The AI Solutions Senior Manager will lead and drive the end-to-end strategy and operational product roadmap for complex AI products portfolio. This role involves building, delivering AI solutions that drive value, identifying opportunities, and developing business cases to bring innovative and disruptive AI products to our Brands Regions and Functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI technologies, software engineering, and strategic leadership to drive growth and success within a products portfolio.

Key roles and responsibilities

• Strategy Development: Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive AI product strategies that align with company goals. Identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform product direction.

• Product Roadmap: Develop and manage the end-to-end operational product roadmap for AI solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer expectations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize features and initiatives.

• Value Proposition: Define and articulate the value proposition for AI products, ensuring clarity and differentiation in the market. Communicate product benefits and features to internal and external stakeholders.

• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify target customer segments and develop strategies to capture market share. Analyze customer feedback, industry trends, and competitive dynamics to inform product development.

• Business Case Development: Build and present robust business cases to support product initiatives, including financial projections, resource requirements, and risk assessments. Secure buy-in from senior leadership and stakeholders.

• Product Launch: Lead product launch efforts, coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure. Monitor and evaluate product performance post-launch to drive continuous improvement.

• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor an AI team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. Provide guidance and support to drive team success and professional development.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless product development and delivery. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to align priorities and drive business outcomes.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience.

• 5+ years of experience in product management, strategy, or related roles, with a focus on AI or technology products.

• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex products or product portfolios.

• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

• Experience in market analysis, value proposition development, and business case creation.

• Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on fostering innovation and collaboration.

• Familiarity with AI technologies, trends, and applications in various industries.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
