RIF LLC and RIF Polska are looking for experienced independent sales agents to develop B2B sales of protein bars, confectionery bars, chocolate and other food products across selected European and international markets.

About us

RIF LLC is a Ukrainian food manufacturer specialising in protein bars, functional snacks, confectionery bars and chocolate products under the PROTELINE and Riffero brands. The company has its own production facilities and experience in manufacturing both branded and private-label products.

RIF Polska is the official EU importer and distributor of RIF products. The company manages customs clearance, warehousing, sales and deliveries across European markets.

Our products are already available through online marketplaces, wholesale partners and retail channels in several European countries. We are now expanding our international B2B sales network.

Our product range includes:

• protein bars in different formats and flavours;

• high-protein bars; 

• muesli bars; 

• confectionery bars;

• milk chocolate and milk chocolate with hazelnuts;

• wafer and filled bars;

• private-label product development and production.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for independent sales agents with established contacts among:

• food importers and distributors;

• retail chains and supermarkets;

• wholesalers and cash & carry operators;

• convenience stores;

• petrol station networks;

• vending operators;

• gyms and fitness chains;

• sports nutrition distributors;

• pharmacy and drugstore chains;

• online retailers and marketplace sellers;

• private-label customers.

Agents may represent other non-competing brands. This opportunity is particularly suitable for professionals who already have an active network of buyers, distributors and retailers in the food, FMCG, confectionery, snack or sports nutrition sectors.

Main responsibilities

• Identify and approach new B2B customers in the agreed territory; 

• present our products and commercial terms; 

• establish contact with buyers, distributors and category managers;

• introduce qualified sales opportunities to the company; 

• support commercial negotiations and communication with customers; 

• collect information about market requirements, expected prices and volumes; 

• support the development of recurring business with introduced customers; 

• provide brief updates on active leads and ongoing negotiations. 

The agent is not authorised to sign contracts, accept orders or create legal or financial obligations on behalf of RIF LLC or RIF Polska without separate written authorisation.

Cooperation terms

This is an independent B2B cooperation opportunity and not an employment position.

We offer:

• 2% commission on the net value of paid sales to customers introduced by the agent;

• commission on both initial and recurring orders from approved customers assigned to the agent;

• commission calculated after the goods have been delivered and full payment has been received from the customer;

• transparent monthly reporting of commissionable sales;

• no maximum limit on commission earnings.

Taxes, VAT, transportation costs, customs duties, discounts, returns, credit notes, free samples and other non-product charges are excluded from the commission base.

Contracting and delivery options

Depending on the territory, customer and selected delivery model, the agency agreement may be concluded with either: 

• RIF LLC, Ukraine; or 

• RIF Polska , Poland.

Only one company will act as the principal and commission payer under each agency agreement.

Customer deliveries may be arranged: 

• directly from the manufacturer in Ukraine under agreed export and import terms; or 

• from the RIF Polska warehouse in Poland, with the goods already imported and customs-cleared for sale within the European Union.

This structure allows us to select the most suitable commercial and logistics model for each customer and market.

What we provide

• presentation and promotional materials;

• product samples for qualified sales opportunities, subject to prior approval;

• support during commercial negotiations; 

• assistance with quotations, logistics and documentation; 

• access to available stock in Poland and production capacity in Ukraine;

• private-label product development opportunities;

• recurring commission on paid orders from introduced and approved customers.

Candidate requirements

• Proven B2B sales experience in food, FMCG, confectionery, snacks, sports nutrition or related categories; 

• established business relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers or other relevant buyers;

• good knowledge of the local market;

• ability to work independently and develop new business;

• professional communication and negotiation skills;

• fluency in the language of the relevant market;

• working knowledge of English is preferred;

• a registered company, sole-trader business or self-employed status allowing the agent to provide commercial services and issue invoices.

The territory and target customer groups will be agreed individually. Cooperation is non-exclusive unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
