We deliver centralized operations to our Molson Coors Business Units across the Globe in Finance, Master Data, Commercial, HR and IT Business Services. Our impressive brands portfolio across the world includes Miller Genuine Draft, Madri, Staropramen and Bergenbier.

This role involves working on HR Data to create, amend and maintain HR master data.

This role is responsible for providing HR support services to allocated stakeholders, by processing employee information and maintaining employee records in internal systems and tools, as per Hire to Retire scope.

Key Responsibilities:  

• Delivers on Time in Full in the HR systems the end-to-end HR activities in the scope: from pre-employment to exit.

• Handles internal systems requests (ServiceNow, People Central, phone calls etc.), performing transactions accurately and in due time according to the agreed Service Level Agreements & Key Performance Indicators, using current systems such as People Central, Service Now etc
• Owns the integrity and accuracy of the HR Systems Data for the clusters / regions supported.

• Addresses process issues, gaps in procedures by contributing to Standard Operating Procedures /Quick Reference Guides update.
• Ensures accuracy of salary calculations / compensations (through the quality and accuracy of the inputted data in HR systems), accuracy of job titles/codes, pre-employment process accuracy, learning process, does the system required approvals, and follows-up as necessary. 

Skills and relevant work experience:  

• HR background: 0-1 year (faculty/internship/admin experience)
• English language: C1 level
• MS Office Knowledge (Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint)
• Attention to detail & analytical skills
• Good planning & organizing skills

  Pay and Benefits:

At Molson Coors Global Business Services, we believe in rewarding our people fairly, transparently, and equitably for the impact they make.

Our Total Rewards package includes a gross base salary of lei86,600.00 -  lei113,600.00 (posting salary range) plus a 12 %  target annual bonus, alongside a comprehensive benefits offering designed to support different needs and life stages: a medical subscription (with dental and vision coverage), life insurance, a monthly budget to spend on flexible benefits, wellbeing support, an Employee Assistance Programme and 22 days annual leave with additional days off for vintage and birthday. 

The salary range shown above reflects what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of posting. Final pay is based on a number of non‑discriminatory factors, such as previous experience, skills and internal equity.
