Talent Sourcer

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role you will build and engage talent pipelines for assigned roles across global markets, using advanced sourcing techniques, market research, and data insights. You will identify and qualify relevant talent, tailor outreach to passive candidates, and partner with Talent Acquisition Partners to strengthen sourcing strategies. Your work will directly improve talent availability, pipeline quality, and hiring effectiveness.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for assigned roles using different sourcing channels and techniques
• Choose and adjust sourcing approaches based on role requirements, talent availability, and results
• Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach and maintain their interest throughout the early stages of the hiring process
• Conduct initial candidate screening to assess their fit for role requirements
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners to align sourcing priorities and share candidate and market insights
• Research talent markets, competitor activity, and compensation trends to support sourcing decisions
• Keep candidate and sourcing data accurate and up to date to ensure clear pipeline visibility
• Track sourcing results, including response and conversion rates, and adjust sourcing activities when needed

REQUIREMENTS

• 3–5 years of experience in candidate sourcing or recruitment, with a focus on building talent pipelines
• Experience with advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and AI-powered tools for talent identification, research, and outreach
• Experience in engaging passive candidates through personalized outreach and ongoing communication
• Experience in screening candidates and assessing their fit for role requirements
• Good understanding of talent market research, including talent availability, competitors, and compensation trends
• Experience in managing candidate pipelines, maintaining accurate data, and using sourcing metrics to improve results
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with recruiters, candidates, and stakeholders across regions
• Working proficiency in English for everyday professional communication
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills for managing multiple sourcing activities independently
