Senior Business Data Analyst

Could you be the full-time Senior Business Data Analyst in Cluj-Napoca, Romania we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your data analysis expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside dedicated, proactive, and value-oriented teammates.

As a Senior Business Data Analyst will need to:

• Ensure the accuracy for the data gathering from region, sites and extraction from system.
• Provide the reports/ data needed to make decisions to central team
• Support the sponsors and the regions with understanding the data or trends to drive the demand

We’ll look to you for:

• Secure and define the data structuration in order to provide right efficiency to the process
• Compile and consolidate relevant data information coming from core team
• Structure the data extracted from the ERPs systems in an Excel sheet

• Degree level qualification;
• Power BI expert / expert in Excel and in data management – preferably with Finance, Procurement, Projects backgrounds
• Good in PowerPoint and lead presentations for top management
• Can understand, explain, and interpret data
• Can drive governance with top management/ different region heads/ métiers
• Strong data crunching and data visualization skills, automation mindset, interested in information technologies and the usage of tools;
• Good knowledge of indirect procurement and pricing management
• Fluency in English, any other language is an advantage
• Structured and organized;
• Agile mind set;
• Collaboration & communication skills;
