Junior Commercial Project Controller

As a member of our project support team, you will contribute with commercial project support to the execution of our Field Service & Tools, Repair and Spare Part offers and orders.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Contribute with commercial project support to the execution of our Field Service & Tools, Repair and Spare Part offers and orders.
• Ensure efficient on-schedule delivery of necessary goods and services in accordance with the project requirements including all necessary clarifications with the logistics and export control departments.
• Support the execution of our Field Service & Tools orders and offers. Support cost controlling on project level incl. re-bookings of costs in alignment with the HQ CPM
• Creation of project structures (WBS) in relevant SAP systems including status tracking up to preparation of project clean-up and closure
• Preparation of time & material invoicing to the regional entities or customers as per contract/order.
• Support commercial project management related tasks e.g., preparation of tax related documentation for Permanent Establishments, assistance in delegation of Field Service employees, preparation of ICFR documentation, clarification of Export Control and Customs requirements, maintenance of key project data.

What You Bring

• Successful bachelor's degree with commercial focus or comparable long-term experience.
• Experience in the major commercial aspects and commercial project execution (e.g., purchasing, logistics, cost-reporting, manufacturing)
• Advanced MS Office365 applications skills and basic knowledge with SAP SD, MM, FI and CO.
• Experience with RDA/ RPA, Alteryx, Tableau, or other business intelligence applications favourable.
• Good English skills required; German skills favourable.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
