Your Role

As an OSS/BSS Integration Manager with Capgemini, you will support a leading telecommunications organization in its transformation, leading program governance, integration, migration, testing, cutover, go-live, and stabilization activities. You will coordinate business, architecture, development, operations, and vendor teams to ensure service continuity and the successful transition to the target organizational model.

In this role you will:

• Organize and facilitate the program governance structure.
• Manage key steering activities, including scheduling, scope, risks, dependencies, and decision-making.
• Implement a continuous improvement approach across the program.
• Validate project architectures and technical interfaces across OSS/BSS and connected platforms.
• Oversee end-to-end testing, migration rehearsals, cutover, and go-live activities.
• Ensure the delivery, stabilization, and operational readiness of solutions.
• Organize and facilitate governance for functional and technical workstreams.
• Lead the migration strategy for data, applications, and business processes while protecting service continuity and repository integrity.
• Coordinate business, architecture, development, operations, and multi-vendor teams through production deployment and platform stabilization.

Your Profile

• Extensive senior-level experience in the integration and migration of telecom operator OSS/BSS systems.
• Significant hands-on experience with Ericsson OSS/BSS solutions and complex multi-vendor environments.
• Proven expertise in data, application, and business-process migration, including cutover planning and service-continuity controls.
• Strong command of integration technologies, interfaces, and end-to-end testing associated with telecom process flows.
• Demonstrated ability to manage scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, decisions, and executive-level reporting.
• Experience coordinating business, architecture, development, testing, operations, and vendor teams.
• Solid knowledge of OSS/BSS repositories, provisioning, inventory, assurance, order management, charging, billing, and related integrations.
• Proven leadership in production deployments, go-live governance, hypercare, and platform stabilization.
• Excellent facilitation, stakeholder-management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in large-scale, international telecom transformation programs.
