Location : Sofia, Bulgaria (On-Site)

Languages Required :

• Romanian (C1)
• English (B2)

Flexible Working Hours :

• 40 hours per week , 5 days a week, with 8-hour shifts in rotational shifts.
• Monday to Friday : 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
• Saturday and Sunday : 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (local market time zone)

Your Typical Day and Key Responsibilities :

• Assist customers via email, chat, and phone , ensuring a positive and efficient service experience.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, guiding clients and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, brand, and industry to provide accurate information and support to customers.
• Conduct research to gather relevant information and provide accurate responses to customer inquiries.
• Build trust and loyalty through positive interactions, embracing new challenges with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence.
