Schaeffler is a dynamic global technology company and its success has been a result of its
entrepreneurial spirit and long history of private ownership. Does that sound interesting to you? As a partner to all of the major automobile manufacturers, as well as key players in the aerospace and industrial sectors, we offer you many development opportunities.

• Advanced mechanical design and analysis: Perform detailed 3D design and generate manufacturing drawings for complex spare parts, fixtures, or new subassemblies. Carry out sizing calculations (forces, moments) for kinematic axes, linear guides, and structures.
• Pneumatic architecture and sizing: Design and modify pneumatic schematics for plant equipment, size air consumption, configure valve islands, and select the optimal actuators to achieve the required cycle time on the line.
• Bill of Materials (BOM) management and standardization: Select mechanical and pneumatic components according to the plant-approved component catalog (e.g. Festo, SMC, Misumi, Bosch Rexroth) to ensure spare part standardization and inventory optimization.
• Critical hardware positioning and maintainability: Design physical supports and position sensors, optical barriers, and actuating elements on the machine, with a strong focus on quick and easy access for Maintenance teams.
