Your Role

• Respond to client’s queries accurately (via email and case management system);
• Manage employee life cycle activities like HR Benefits administration, Rewards and compensation administration, Workforce administration, Case management, helpdesk;
• Process movements (transfers, relocations, international mobility, organization structure changes) and leave and absence requests;
• Provide clarification of HR policies and procedures;
• Manage assigned part of the process according to Capgemini methodology and / or agreed transition plan;
• Update all required process documentation (process maps and procedures) and other documentation within agreed timeframes on the defined support tool.

Your Profile

• Valid experience of 6 months in HR domain (HR Benefits administration, Rewards and compensation administration);
• Good verbal and written communication skills - English and German minimum B2;
• Baccalaureate diploma is required; 
• Ability to cooperate smoothly with other team members;
• Strong analytical skills for the reporting;
• Positive team player
