Job Description

Requirements:

• Create sales presentations and customer offers to support Key Account Managers.
• Create and update service scopes and customer approval documents (WorkOns).
• Maintain CRM data (Salesforce), including contacts, accounts, and opportunities.
• Create SPCTs and support approval workflows.
• Manage Business Privacy Agreements (BPAs) and annual updates.
• Support Key Account Managers with annual price list updates and invoicing processes.
• Assist Key Account Managers with customer communication, meeting coordination, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Research customer needs and identify new sales opportunities within Bosch organizations.
• Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities to improve sales processes.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Commercial training, degree in Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in sales support, sales operations, or business administration.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Salesforce, SAP, or similar CRM/ERP systems.
• Good understanding of sales processes and pipelines.
• Affinity for AI tools and process automation.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer-service skills.
• Fluent German and English (B2/C1), written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel within Germany occasionally (1–4 times per year).
