Industrialization Responsible

We are looking for an Industrialization Responsible for our factory in Satu Mare.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and implementing production concepts according to project requirements, customer specifications, and applicable automotive standards;
• Active participation in projects and reporting the status of activities both from a project and management perspective;
• Conducting feasibility and risk analyses (FMEA) and preparing documentation for existing and new projects;
• Negotiating with internal and external suppliers regarding technology and specifications;
• Performing performance analyses (Vedeți e-mailul pe d-career.org), managing process transfers, identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions;
• Recognizing, adapting, and proactively implementing innovations through alternative concepts;
• Planning, monitoring, and optimizing production capacities on implemented production lines.

Profile:

• University degree in a technical field;
• Relevant experience in planning and implementing production processes (experience in the automotive industry is an advantage);
• Solid knowledge of production equipment and technologies;
• Familiarity with automotive-specific tools (Vedeți e-mailul pe d-career.org, FMEA, 5WHY);
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint); SAP knowledge is an advantage;
• Advanced English skills; German is a plus;
• Willingness to travel;
• Proactive mindset, oriented toward continuous improvement, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to actively contribute to process optimization;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
