• Technical studies;

• Process owner for claims management in Plant;
• Key Account for internal customer (Manufacturing);
• Ensure deliveries during claims management;
• Making decision for Quality at boarder line, define and control containment actions;(z. B. re-work, sorting, delivery stop, concession);
• Sending Q-alerts to other Bosch plants;
• Coordination and execution of analyses for internal and external claims due to deviations at purchased parts;
• Plausibility checks and training or support of sorting operations;
• Collecting of plant failure cost for reimbursement;
• Cooperation during production trial runs;
• Order of 3rd party sorting;
• Preparation and leading of internal/external quality meetings in plant;
• Create and develop reports and documentation;
• Analyse of Quality data;
• Lessons learned into new projects or products.
