Business Analyst Assistant, Global Customer Pricing & Suppor (M/F/D)

We are looking for a  Business Analyst Assistant, Global Customer Pricing & Support  who will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of rate data and system functionalities across pricing platforms. The role focuses on validating daily rate uploads, performing system testing during new releases, documenting findings, and collaborating with Process and Systems teams to support continuous improvement and successful project implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily testing and validation of newly uploaded rates between CW1 Quotes and Velocity systems before production deployment.
• Verify data accuracy, consistency, and alignment between source and target systems.
• Execute functional and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities for new system releases and enhancements on a bi-weekly basis.
• Identify, investigate, and document defects, discrepancies, and process gaps.
• Create detailed testing documentation, including test scenarios, test results, defect logs, and validation reports.
• Collaborate closely with Process, Systems, and Development teams to ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
• Support root cause analysis activities and provide recommendations for process and system improvements.
• Participate in project meetings and provide regular status updates on testing progress and findings.
• Assist with additional testing, validation, and project-related activities as required throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with logistics, pricing, transportation management, or rate management systems is considered an advantage.
• Experience in testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Experience with system testing, data validation, or quality assurance activities.
• Ability to document findings clearly and professionally.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
