We are looking for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to learn sales, growth, and partnerships by actually doing the work. You don't need previous sales experience. We care less about what's already on your CV and more about how fast you learn, how hard you work, and how consistently you execute.

Maybe you took part in a Work & Travel program , volunteered, were involved in a student organization, or simply know that you're good with people and want to build a career in sales. What matters most to us is your attitude: you're sharp, fast, disciplined, resilient, and willing to put in the work to get results.

Advanced English is essential for this role , both written and spoken, as you'll be working and communicating in English on a daily basis.

While this is an entry-level position, we have high standards and want to find people with the potential to become great at what they do. This is a full-time, on-site role based in our offices on Calea Victoriei, Bucharest . You'll join a fast-moving startup environment where you'll learn by doing, take on real responsibility from the start, and gain direct exposure to the global AI ecosystem.

What You'll Do

• Research companies, AI products, and people to identify potential business opportunities.

• Find the right people to contact and start relevant business conversations.

• Reach out to potential clients and partners and follow up consistently.

• Learn how to understand a prospect's needs and identify opportunities for collaboration.

• Build and maintain relationships with prospects and partners.

• Keep conversations and opportunities organized and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

• Work fast and efficiently, handling research, outreach, follow-ups, and other day-to-day tasks without sacrificing quality.

• Learn from what works and what doesn't, and continuously improve your approach.

• Work closely with the team and contribute to new growth and partnership initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Advanced English proficiency , both written and spoken.

• Fast learner and executor , able to research quickly, pick up new concepts, and move without unnecessary delays.

• Hardworking and results-driven , with a willingness to put in the effort required to achieve results.

• Disciplined and consistent , with the ability to follow through on tasks without constant reminders.

• Resilient and persistent , comfortable with hearing "no," following up, trying again, and improving along the way.

• Genuine interest in sales, business, and building relationships .

• Strong research skills and natural curiosity about companies, products, and people.

• Proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative rather than wait for instructions.

• Clear and confident communication with different types of people.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment , learning and adapting as things move quickly.

• No previous professional experience required.

• Volunteering, Work & Travel , student organizations, or other experiences demonstrating initiative, responsibility, and people skills are considered a plus.

• Interest in AI and digital technologies is a bonus.
