Graduate Trainee (local program) - Automation Engineer

A Snapshot of Your Day

Take part in shaping innovative automation solutions???from concept to commissioning. In this role, you'll design and implement technical systems, collaborate globally, lead commissioning and acceptance testing, and support customers through documentation and training.

How you'll make an impact

• Realization of the automation of the ancillary systems. You will contribute to the technical concepts and implement them in software and hardware in the next step.
• Coordination with our global teams and customers as part of technical implementation.
• Commissioning of the technical systems created together with our partners and implementation of the acceptance tests.
• Creation of the documentation for the software and hardware within the project.
• Implementation of customer training for the customer's future operating and service personnel

What you bring

• Completed technical university degree, ideally in the field of computer science or automation technology or comparable training.
• Proven knowledge of automation technology (e.g. Simatic S7, PCS7). Visual Basic and/or C# desirable.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office.
• Fluent knowledge of English.
• The willingness to travel abroad for several weeks, especially during the commissioning of our systems (yard and offshore)
• Availability to work from our Bucharest office 3 days per week, with 2 days remote
