What you’ll be doing

As our Merchant Services Imaging Associate you’ll support daily work around imaging, including partner communication, photo shoot coordination, data input, and cross-team collaboration. 

Day-to-day in this role you’ll:

• Upload and manage product images across the platform, ensuring timely and accurate implementation.
• Review and edit partner-provided images, where applicable and supported by internal tools, to ensure compliance with Wolt’s visual and quality standards.
• Communicate with partners via email to request image updates, corrections, or missing assets.
• Track image implementation progress and maintain accurate internal tracking documentation.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and clear visual organisation across partner menus.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to uphold and continuously improve platform-wide image standards.
• Identify non-compliant visual assets and provide clear, actionable feedback to partners.
• Contribute to the optimisation and standardisation of internal image-management processes.
• Maintain a premium, consistent, and customer-friendly visual experience across the Wolt app.

Our humble expectations 

• Strong communication skills in Romanian and English;
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to manage repetitive tasks and high volumes of work effectively.
• A strong eye for detail and interest in visual aesthetics.
• Strong prioritisation skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience with Lightroom, Photoshop, Photoroom, or other photo-editing tools is an advantage.
• Experience with product or image-upload platforms is an advantage.
• An interest in photography, food styling, or visual quality is a plus.
